Hey everyone!
Recently I landed in Ottawa, and got my PR. And now I'm looking for a job in Telecom\IT project management. I got more than 10 years experience in Telecom Project Management and sales. I've worked for the CIS and east Europe market. I got an BA in business management and Master's degree in computer science. I speak Russian, Hebrew and English.

Is there any recommendations that anyone can give me for finding a job in this field? Most of my experience was in the Telecommunication field but I also can work for the IT field.

As I understood the Telecom market in Canada is way smaller than the market of US. Is there any way to estimate how long it will take to find a job for me?

Thanks in advance!
P.S. If there's a need for some specific skills I can write them below

So your experience and studies are not Canadian.... and you do not speak French.

Look for intermediate positions. Something you feel you are overqualified for. If you do that you will find it easier to get a job.

After a few years you can look for work in the area you want, before that the chances are low.

Nope. It totally depends how high your expectations are, how good you can perform and a little bit of luck.

Good luck.
