Telecom Engineering under FSWP-2013 Occupation list

Hi,
I cannot see any Telecommunication Engineering in occupation list released in FSWP-2013. Does it mean, being a Telecom Engineer, I cannot apply ??

Dear All
I am also concerned about the Telecom Engineer thing. I am also a Telecom Engineer and can i apply under this scheme?

I have gone through Computer Engineer Profession (in the Occupation List) and there it says that Telecom Equipment (HW) Design, modify, plan etc is included under Computer Engineer. But i am a general Telecom Specialist (I work on Telecom Equipment, not design or modify the Hardware?) so what to do? Need expert suggestion.

Telecom Engineer is not listed in FSWP-2013 list of 24, hence, that occupation is not eligible for application. Sorry.
