TEF exam - does vocabulary and structures not count?

I saw that multiple-choice section includes written comprehension, listening, and vocabulary and structure. But express entry seems to only care about written comprehension and listening. Does this mean that vocab and structure section doesn't actually count toward the express entry? So I don't have to worry about doing well on this section correct?
