TEF and French application

Hi guys,

I'm from France and I want to apply for CEC in Toronto soon. My question is going to sound silly but do you think there is any problem if I submit my all CEC application in French with only the French language test (TEF) ?

Since I'm not going to apply for Quebec I was wondering if they are going to "appreciate" the fact that everything is in French knowing that in Toronto almost everybody only speak English.
