Hey guys!

So I uploaded this form, started filling out but did not finish. Went to work on it again and I got this message: "This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document."

I also can't make any changes to what I've already written.. Am I missing something? Or should I start this form from scratch...?

When I was filling it, I realised that if you stop mid way, save the document and try to continue later on, it doesn't allow you to.

So my advice: Complete the entire form in one go.

I was using Windows 10 and Adobe Reader DC.

The problem I had. It was annoying till I figured out to complete it in one go. It's an issue of newer version of windows.

Good thing it's the only one with this weird quirk.. right?

So far it's the only one for me.. I'm using a Mac though.. maybe it's different..

I'm not with Mac, but good thing you have only one problematic document so far. Good luck!

If you have full version of Adobe Acrobat, you can edit the forms even if they are locked.

The problem arises only with free adobe reader. Certain forms if you don't finish them in one shot, you won't be able to add info the next time you open it. Some forms won't even save the data at all, which means you have to fill them and print them.

Full version Adobe Acrobat will solve all your issues and you can edit and work on your file anytime you want. Unless the forms are updated by CIC, in that case you will need to download updated version of the form.

There is a 30 day trial, you can basically use it to fill out all the forms. Cheers
