Hi guys,

I got an ITA last week, and started my PR application online. I'm having a technical issue and would love any advice.

After putting in all information and saving it (I have not submitted my response yet), I realized I forgot to put my short trip to Canada in the travel history section. I went to the modify section, but the system won't let me add and save a new travel entry now.

When I put in Canada and click save, it is added to the table but the fields above do not clear. Then, when I click next, the system doesn't proceed, and I have to exit the entire application. When going back, the Canada trip entry is not saved. I tried entering a trip to other random countries such as Germany, but that doesn't get added or saved either. So I don't think the problem is with the trip being to Canada.

The other four travel entries I made when I initially filled in that part are saved. Changes to other sections are working fine.

I tried the same thing on two different computers, a PC and a Mac, and the same issue appears. Different browsers (Chrome, Safari) after deleting cookies and cache but no success.

I already sent a technical issue report yesterday, but I'm not sure when/if they will ever respond. I wondered if anyone else had the same issue and solved it.

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks :)

Can someone please help me figure out this situation? I don't know what to do now.

I have found out that the problem was rather with the whole personal history section. Once I open that section, the system just doesn't respond to my clicking the 'Save and add', 'Next' 'Save and Exit' buttons or anything! All the other sections work fine and my spouse's sections work fine, too. Also, this personal history section says "complete" with a green check mark so it's not that the system recognizes an error and I have to fix. All I want to do is to add another travel entry but it simply won't let me save and add it.

I received a reply from IRCC but it was just a cookie cutter instruction of "how to fill in the gaps". They didn't answer my question at all.

(like I mentioned above, I tried the same thing on two different computers, a PC and a Mac, and the same issue appears. Different browsers (Chrome, Safari) after deleting cookies and cache but no success. )

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate and don't know how to proceed.
