Technical Glitch

Hello everyone,

I have a question, on my express entry profile page on the top, it display’s my last name twice. It should be fist name and last name’s account. But instead it repeats last name. Although my application has the correct first and last name.

Has anyone encountered such an issue?
Could someone suggest me anything?

I have not encountered this issue or hear anyone else with it.

But this is something you can't fix, i would suggest withdrawing and re-creating your profile.

probably a glitch. try clicking on modify family information? Otherwise i guess you can send a technical error by CSE

I encountered a similar issue. During my IP1 -> NA2 progress the Agent seem to have accidentally modified my last name and added an extra letter (I verified this via GCMS notes I received at a later date). I raised a Technical Error inquiry via MyCIC and got it fixed after a few days.

I have checked my profile number of times but have not find anything wrong with it. My last name and first name shows correctly. And also I have ITA, and need to submit my application soon.

Did you get it fixed after getting ITA it before it.

The error happened after I got my ITA. My point was, if it looks like a glitch then just raise a CSE and explain the problem the best you can.
