Hi,
I would really appreciate some guidance.
I have completed my profile by entering all my details. I submitted the form and shortly after, I was sent an email stating I had received a message. I logged into my account to check the message and overall profile status. The message was instructing me to create a job bank account. The issue is, the express entry number and job seeker code is blank within the message. I have also noticed the date was also blank within the message. I obviously need these 2 items in order to proceed with the profile. Should I wait 24 and check the status of my profile? Should I report this through a web form?

One final question.....I have had my degree certification assessed however I can't see where I upload this...do I need to at this stage?

Thanks in advance

The email usually comes as a PDF. Can you try another browser / PDF reader?

You have to enter the ECA number while creating EE profile. You have to upload post ITA.

Good point - I'm using safari. I'll try another browser.

At which point does it ask for the ECA number? Or which part of of profile can I find this in?

When you create your EE profile, there is a question if you have a valid ECA. Select yes and add it in there.

I've literally been drilling down on every option on my profile and I still can't see the option that allows me to enter anything relating to ECA....am I missing something really obvious?
Here is what I see:

Candidate express entry
Personal details
Contact details
Study and languages
Application details
Representative
Work history

i have checked each section carefully especially "study and languages" as one would assume this section would have some relation to ECA.
In this section i see:
Has [name] finished high school or any higher education?
Field of study
Start date
Complete/full academic years
Full/part time study
Standing at the end of the period
Country of study
City/town
Name of institute
Level of education
Was [name] awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?

Again any guidance is much appreciated.

In study and language section, under education history.

You will have this question over there
Has (Your name) had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) within the past five years for this degree, diploma or certificate

To get this question, you have to answer NO for the Canadian degree question
