Has anyone actually been able to get through on IRCC’s phones in the past week? I’m not even given the option to wait on hold or ask for a callback — the recording just tells me to hang up, no matter what time of day I call. GCKey is down too, has been off and on for weeks, and the automated service hasn’t been able to find my application for several days now. I just want to make sure they don’t need additional information but I have no way to check!
