I'm just curious how many people are having this problem...

I'm sponsoring my common-law partner outland (even though we're in Canada... the hope was the process would be quicker than inland). After some trial and error I managed to link his application to his MyCIC but when we log on there's nothing there. The only messages that are there is that it has been successfully linked and there's been no request for further information (I had to submit it via IRCC Webform after speaking with an agent). When you select "Check Status and Messages" there are no messages to be found and when you select "View Submitted Application" all the fields are blank on the second screen.

I sent a Technical Difficulties IRCC Webform with screenshots about all this on April 5th, 2017 (19 business days now when you account for Easter Long Weekend) and have heard nothing. I've spoken with a couple different agents now and they all said there's lots of these problems and Technical Difficulties will get back to me... at some point... but they're quite backlogged. I called and checked today (it having been over 10 business days since I sent sponsorship documents via the webform) that all my documents have been attached to the file but annoyingly they say we won't be contacted via email for further information requests... that we just have to wait for Technical Difficulties to contact us and sort things out which means I have to keep calling sporadically until then to see if/when they need further documentation.

Like I said I'm just curious to see who else is having these types of MyCIC technical issues and how long did it take them to get back to you/resolve it... did they resolve it?
