1) Upload your image to any web site.
2) Get the link address for your image.
3) In the body of your reply, add the following text where you want the image to appear:

(img)http://www.yourwebsite.com/yourimage.jpg(/img)

NOTE: You have to replace the normal brackets with square brackets for your image link.
