Have you looked into immigrating through an economic immigration program (express entry)? Assume you are not a genuine student and want to immigrate. Teachers in Canada mostly need a masters in teaching. There is a transition program offered in BC by SFU I believe. I would do your own research and even apply on your own. Most consultants aren't very knowledgeable. Given that you already have a masters your schooling must make sense to get a visa. A teaching transition program would indicate you are planning on staying in Canada so you would be refused a student visa.
