TCS :no Work Hour mentioned on skill certificate

Got my skill certificate but they did not mention the work hour even after asking for it. Did any TCS folks had any problem with this? I am attaching my last 6 pay slips and service certificate which has my annual compensation

Mine mentioned fulltime but no number of hours mentioned. Would it be ok?

Write a letter of explanation, and mention what's considered full time by the law in your country. And ideally, mention why you were not able to have that info on the reference letter.

Are you Ex-Tcser or working when you got this letter. Can you please let me know the procedure how you got it.
