Dear All,
Please advise who is a tax-resident.
What about a person who even don't have SIN # and stayed in Canada only for one day. However, has PR status.

In US green card holder needs to pay income tax, not sure about Canadian rules and regulations.

Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Best,
SGPA

Even if he has SIN, he is still a non resident for tax purposes.

Thank you all for all this help and guidance. I am really grateful for this.

Thank you!
