hi I have one Q
if some one did nt file tax returns from last 5 yers in Canada
and have job out side of Canada .currently living out of Canada but later move together . Can he / she eligible to sponsor spouse to live here permanently

You don't need Canadian income or CRA tax returns to qualify to sponsor.

If a Canadian citizen who is a non-resident for tax purposes lives outside Canada they can still sponsor their spouse. They will need to show proof of income earned in the foreign country, and proof they will return and settle in Canada after the PR is approved.
