Just saw this news and was wondering how it would affect outlanders who are taking the Alberta PNP route?
Can anyone throw some light as to how it would affect us and what changes are envisaged?

How it would affect an Outlander who
1) has family ties in Alberta
2) Job offer in Alberta
3) both of above
4) none of above

It's irrelevant for Alberta PNP. The targeted draw will target specific occupations for FSW / Express Entry and possibly also CEC (unknown at this time).
