is there a possibility that my employer can cancel my contract while im on vacation on my country?..

if no..that will be good..

if yes what is my right going to do?..

nope just worrying, because it happened to one of my friend in other company a couple months ago..
do you think he has the right to complain or what is the right things to do for that kind of situation or he has still the chance to comeback here in canada?..

I think before you leave, you should get the formal written confirmation about your vacation request from your employer.

1. If your friend has got a written confirmation that it is ok for taking a vacation, and
2. If your friends contract agreement does not deny from taking vacations

he has all legal rights. Tell him to talk to a lawyer.
