Taking spouse to Canada as co-applicant and P.R while studying Diploma in Carpentry?

PR is possible if you have enough Express Entry points or receive provincial nomination. Dont know what a co-applicant is but is she studying too? She may be elgible to apply for a spouse open work permit But not guaranteed. To get a study permit, you need to show funds, education advancement and career progression in home country,
