Take admission in Canada for the same degree

Hi everyone,
I need some help from the experienced persons. I have MBA (executive 2 years)degree . I applied in a university in Canada and they gave me the offer letter for MBA . I am little confused about getting admission for the same course can weaken my visa case or is it fine to apply like this . Actually I don't have much further option as my bachelors and masters both degrees are 2 years programs and i can only be eligible for Masters program like this .. please share your expert opinions .Thanks

Almost 100% that you will be denied a study permit for doing another MBA.
