Hi I would like to know if I have to submit all my T4 SLIPS or just the one that is relevant with CEC. The first one was from my job with my off campus work permit and the second one half was with the off campus work permit and the other half with my post graduation work permit. Also I don't have the notice of assessment of the first T4, that is why I need to know if is ok if I just send the T4 from last year.

You need to provide the recent two T4. NOA you can call the CRA and get it by post in 5 business days.

Send all T4s for 2010, and your 2010 Notice of Assessment.
