T4 - Question on sponsor application form

Does CIC need ALL the T4's ive had throughout the years i have work for the PROOF OF INCOME FOR SPONSOR? I think i only requested for last years including my Option C. Can anyone clarify please? Thank you

Do you have a particular form in mind? The sponsor checklist (IMM 5491) says "for the most recent taxation year."
 
In our application in April 2013 we sent the Option C printout for 2011 and a letter of employment because the Option C for 2012 was not available yet. He got approved as a sponsor a month later.
 
So is it okay to just submit the Option C and T4 because i dont think i have any other income slips
