Hello guys,

I am planning to apply under the Canadian Experience Class program in December 2014; however, my previous employer cannot give me the paystubs for the months of January and February 2014.
My last day of work for with the spefic employer was March 1st,2014.
Instead of pay stubs, they will provide me with a form named T4 for 2014 for the months of January and February 2014, as generated by their system.
They have also confirmed that they can have it signed and stamped by the company's owner.

Is this acceptable for my application?
If not, what can I do instead?
PS: In case it helps with my request, for the specific employer I have the official T4 for 2013 from CRA.

Thanks,

I think you can provide Salary Credit Details from Bank of those specific months to prove it and explain it why you are not able to provide actual pay stubs for those months in the form of creating a cover letter, Rest why they can't provide pay stubs may I know ?

Signed and Stamped T4's by your previous employer should be fine, along with a letter.

Don't need them...

T4 is good, but the "official" one usually isn't issued until ~Feb/March of the following year. You can add that to your application then, but there's no harm in including this now.

Also, you should know that every time employment is terminated with a company, they are required to submit a "Record of Employment" to Service Canada. This will show your complete work history with the company. If they submit on paper, they are required to give you a copy within 5 days from your last day of employment. If they submit it electronically, you can obtain it online from Service Canada - and is acceptable evidence for CIC -

The most recent T4 (e.g. 2013) is a requested document, as noted on the document checklist. So yes, you should provide that as well.

relax it will be ok , prepare your T4 correctly, and an explanation letter for why you can't supply some other doc if you still worry. ( if you read the guide carefully , actullay, T4 is ok , paystub help only when T4 can't be ready )

the letter should signed and leave with contact number of your previous boss.

First of all, THANK YOU ALL for your valuable help!!!

I will provide T4 for 2013 official.
I will also provide a T4 signed and stamped (generated by the system of previous employer) that covers the 2 months January and February 2014.
I will provide reference letter from the specific employer.

Taking everything into consideration for the specific employer it shouldn't be a problem. Right?
