System Lock-out during attempt to activate Account

Does anyone have this problem?
The system has locked me out 3 times when I attempted to activate my account after registration for trying more than times
And I have only 72 hrs. to activate or i start all over again
I don't want to start all over again. Can someone who has scaled this huddle please advise on what to do?
