System Glitch updating ECAS mailing address

Hello guys,

When i checked my ecas for the first time last week i found out that my mailing address is incorrect. I updated it online then after couple of days upon checking it again, The CIC remove my mailing address, It's the home address that was left (originally home address and mailling address is there).

Is this a system glitch?
Do i need to call the CIC about this?
