hi all
what's the best approach for syrian seeking asylum in canada is there a step by step guide ??? especially for refugee seeking asylum and want to sponsor them self for resettlement and regular expenses like housing and ...... etc

any insight will be highly appreciated

Assuming you are currently outside of Canada, the first step is to be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR (or another referral organization) and then referred by this organization for resettlement in Canada. You can find more information here:

can the asylum seeker apply to the cic without being recognized from UN or any other organization, if he can support himself in terms of funds

For that, one needs to be in Canada ( somehow ).
