Syrian medical request or help please

Hi all,

I want your help in my case:

I am Syrian and i have a closed vein of my leg (the deep vein) and there no any solution here, on other hand we (me & wife) take our decision to run from the war here and go to Canada if the can

i have a very good experience (15 y) with finance ( finance manager ) and my wife is a lawyer ,

so please help me how to start and from where, if there is any points can we used it to be there as far as we can ( best & faster way )
