Which one ?
CIC Sydney, Nova Scotia
Or Sydney, Australia?
If it is the second one, I believe Australia is in lockdown. Should take a while for the office to open up.

My PNP outland application is in process at Sydney, NS. I just called them. The status of the document is same as it was two months ago. The status is in my signature.
