Hello Good People,
I am doing internship which is a one year contracts. My contract will end April 30, 2016.
My job category falls under NOC B so I think my spouse is eligible to apply for SOWP.
1. Is it okay to apply in this situation or i should apply after managing a permanent job?
2. Could you please give us a list of documents we need to submit for SOWP?
(Background: My spouse have one TRV rejection around 3 months ago. We got SINP so i have to apply to federal government for PR, I just have small window to apply for SOWP as people are saying if I apply for PR to federal then her sowp application will be rejected. The processing time is 15 months for PR that's why i am trying to take a chance with SOWP.)
