The mpnp only seem to be recruiting swo through strategic recruitment initiatives. It has been the same for last few months
I can only guess at the reasons and nobody can know when the next swo draw will be.
It could be next month or not for another few.

I hope it happens soon for you.

The only reason is there is a bulk of applications regarding swo categories are collected there
