Is it possible to switch from MBA to MS in Computer Networks once I land in Canada? please explain.
Hi,
As per current official CIC rules:
As a post-secondary student
You may change your school, program and/or field of study without applying for a new study permit. You do not need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit, either. You may continue to use your study permit as long as it is valid.
If you are changing your level of study (e.g., bachelor's to master's), you do not need to apply for a change to the condition of your study permit, either.

As long as you have M.S admission/offer letter from the new recognized educational institute, you may formally withdraw from the current course/univ (MBA) and join the new course. This is applicable throughout Canada, except for in Quebec, where you will first need to get a CAQ.
But, all this once you clear the immigration check at the port of entry by showing all documents like the letter of introduction & TRV (of the original educational institution and for which original study permit will be granted). No need to mention anything about change of course/university at the port of entry. Once you are inside Canada, then you are free to change.
