Hello, I have completed all the courses for my degree from U of T but for academic offence I have been suspended for 8 months (till April 2018), which is prohibiting me from graduating in November 2017. Currently I have applied for study permit extension asking the permit till December. I recently got a full time job offer which starts on 14th August. Right now, I dont have any post graduate work permit or study permit. Please advice me on the followings:
1. How can I continue to stay in Canada
2. Can I start my full time job? If yes, what procedures should I take
3. If I leave Canada in September 2017, what are my options to come back to Canada and will my University years plus other work experiences count?

I would highly advice you to get a letter from your school stating that you have completed all the required courses to graduate, then use that to apply for work permit (you can not work full time without work permit-max 20hrs/week for international students). Once you apply for your work permit, you can start working full time as you wait for the your PGWP to arrive. as for leaving in September, I wouldn't recommend it unless your student visa and permit are both valid or else it will be really hard to get back.

Others can correct me but based on the limited info in this post I am not sure they can work at all legally full or part time given they have no PGWP application submitted, no current study permit and have completed their course so no longer in full time education or on a scheduled course break having finished.. In fact what status does the OP think they have in Canada at the moment ?

Without a current valid study permit the OP cannot apply for a PGWP which as the previous post implies requires a completion or graduation letter from the university. With a suspension you would have to ask why would an institution issue a completion or graduation letter given once issued the OP has no obligation at all to the university but still worth a try I guess.. Add to all this a PGWP must be applied for withing 90 days of when it was confirmed the program of study was completed so the clock is ticking.

As for leaving the country agree with the previous post not really a good idea unless the study permit extension has been issued against a course already completed given without either study or PGWP in place would need to be convincing entering as a visitor. Although we do not have that info so have no idea but in hindsight maybe the OP should have applied to extend the study permit well ahead of completing the course, maybe they did we do not know.
