I had PR and could not fullfill the obligations so I have applied for Travel document on 9th Oct and then Form IMM 5524 on 25th Nov and PR cards submitted to Chandigarh consulate on 6th Nov 2014 as per their advice.
I am working on Ships and I need my passport back as I need to join my job by 22nd Nov. I have sent two e-mails to Chandigarh consulate and also two applications through VFS but have not got any reply or my passport back. I am not allowed to call Canadaian consulate.
Can anyone advice me what more procedure I should follow so that I can get my passport back as soon as possible.
