Surname

I don't have an elaborate Name (NO surname added to my name) on all my official documents.. so what am i suppose to write while filling up the application form of cic.

It means, don't try to fabricate a last name. If the only name in your passport is Binni, then do exactly what CIC's website has specified. Put 'Binni' in the 'SURNAME' field, and leave the 'GIVEN NAME' field blank (do not put 'Not Applicable' or 'NA', just don't put anything there at all).

We can't leave given name blank, it is also a mandatory column
