You need to declare your cash earnings on your tax returns as a nanny. You can use your tax returns as proof of income.

Doesn't matter if you are getting cash, cheque or e-transfer, you can still declare your income and file tax return. And in this case, you can use that as income. Also look into GST... and other tax implications.

Check to see, in case you are baby sitting 3 children at your home, you may need to look into a childcare facility permit/license.
