supporting documents for Police Clearance Certificate

Hi

I want to apply for police clearance certificate(PCC) in indian embassy newyork. on their website they are asking to submit supporting documents for PCC. I want to know what are the supporting documents i've to submit along with the application.

work permit copy,visa copy, passport bio data page , filled up form and bank draft

thanks for replying... but they are saying that they want Supporting documents relating to the purpose for obtaining the P.C.C.

i too got the PCC from Vancouver EMbassy, they didnt ask me that , i just had to fill the reason for PCC so i am not sure in your case.

hope other seniors can help.

In the form mention that the pcc is required for canada immigration purpose..
If need be attach the buffalo document requirement checklist and highlight the pcc section.

For chicago i did not provide any pcc related request docs/etc
