Supporting documents for pof for international student

Hi everyone

I am perplexed regarding proof of funds of an international student when she has received gift deed from her sister. These are my two questions?

1) does the amount has to sit in my account once it has has been transferred from my sister? It is now in my account maintained for a month now. I have my classes beginning from 14 september and I, at least need to apply visa 2 months prior. When do I apply?

2) what supporting documents shall I upload besides my bank statement? Does it have to be an affidavit, gift deed, or both?

1) If you have proof money is in your account ( bank statement ) and you have proof of the source of the fund ( gift deed ) , then there is no reason to wait. You can show your bank statement as proof of funds in your account and gift deed as proof of the source being genuine.

Thankyou. And do I also need to attach the sponsors bank statement though the money is also gifted and transferred to me ?
