supplementary information form for pakistani nationals

On the country specific questionnaire, in the section "supplementary information form for pakistani nationals" there are questions about being a member of any political party (Q#5), holding a position in any government (Q# 6), and been an employed by government or political (Q#7). As my husband has never been part of any, can we leave those blanks? or should write 'None' or "N/A' in the first box?
