Supervisor NOC 6216 - How to sponsor my wife to come here???

Hi everyone,

Please point me in the right direction....

I am currently working as a Hotel Front Office Supervisor (NOC 6216 - Skill B). My question is, how can I sponsor or get my wife to come here with an open work permit along with our 2 kids. She is currently in the Philippines working as Casino Manager.

If anybody can give me links for me to read... really appreciate all the help..
