Hi!

I am moving back to canada from the USA with my daughter. Her father and I have a very close relationship and joint custody. He wants to fallow and live/work in Canada. If we apply for the supervisa for parents , can he stay with me and apply for residence ? Can daughter or I sponsor him as family?

You cannot sponsor your daughter's father on a super visa. You can only sponsor him as family if you are married or common law.

Your daughter sounds far too young to sponsor him for the super visa. To qualify, she would have to be an adult who is making sufficient income to meet the Low Income Cut Off:

As for your daughter sponsoring her father through family class, first of all, applications for parents are not being accepted at this time by CIC. And even if they were, your daughter is once again too young.

Her father will have to qualify to immigrate independently. Alternatively he can find an employer here who is willing to hire him and then apply for a work permit (his employer will likely need an approved LMO as well).
