Supervisa (temporary resident visa) applying fpr Permanent Visa.

Hi guys good day i have a few question i tried to search if my mother can stay here in Canada while applying her as a Permanent visa, shes a Supervisa here right now, Can we apply her here as a PR inside of Canada? If possible if you dont mind can i have the link or website if possible that she could stay here while applying.

There is no inland / inside of Canada application process for parent PR applications. Her application will be processed by the visa office responsible for her home country. Note that the cap for parent PR applications has been reached for this year and the program will not reopen again until January 2017.

Your mother can remain in Canada as long as she was allowed into Canada on the super visa. If she wants to stay longer, she will have to request an extension.

Hi, My mother's application for PR has been accepted (the initial phase). Can i apply for her supervisa now? Does it contradict: the intention for super visa is the temporary visa to leave country and PR imigration to get settled permanently.

did you have to show 3 years LICO for mothers PR or it got accepted with 1 or 2 years ?
