Supervisa requirements is t4 must?

Hello all,

Me and my wife have been in Canada since March 2018. And now would like to apply for my mom's supervisa to visit and live with us.

I would like to know your experience that will the application of supervisa be accepted if we meet all the requirement except having the T4, as I am less than a year in Canada

Usually you need a NOA although it doesn't specify that you do.

Thanks. Even I believe as per the feedback it is better to apply for visitor visa initially and then later apply for Super Visa.

Not necessarily. If you can prove you meet LICO + have adequate finances to support your mom's long-term stay then you can apply for her super visa
