Thanks in advance for replying to this thread. Here's my question:

1 question:

I've a permanent govt job but I am on leave from work right now bcz I'm recovering from a car accident. I've good bank account balance including the regular temporary disability amount paid to be my ICBC, but I don't have latest pay stubs. So, I can attach my bank statements, job letter and latest NOA which shows I easily qualify the LICO... in addition to my other PR related documents here.

Plus I've strong documents from my mom, including her pension papers, property papers, bank statements with decent account balance, family reasons to return to India after permitted stay... to show strong ties to her home country. I'll also buy her medical insurance in advance.

If I don't attach my paystubs, can it affect my mom's supervisa application? Should I mention anything about my accident in her application in the context of my missing paystubs? I am afraid it might lead to rejection of her application?

Please guide.

NOA should be fine plus proof that your current disability payments will qualify you for LICO. If there is an issue because you are on disability your mother can always try for a TRV.

My mother already has a valid TRV (visitors visa). She traveled once to Canada on TRV and went back according to her permitted period of stay.

My accident happened in Nov'19.. so I worked full time from Jan'19 to Oct'19, hence, my NOA clearly shows that I qualify for LICO for assessment year 2019. I got EI payments for Nov'19 and Dec'19. Since then, I'm receiving temporary disability cheques.

What I'm not sure about is if I should mention anything about details of my accident... me being off work and hence on temporary disability. I mean if my job letter, latest NOA and good bank balance is enough as a proof of me qualifying to sponsor her supervisa, can I skip the pay stubs part as well as not mention anything about it anywhere in the letter of invitation com support?

You have to fill out the application. Can't remember if you have to list your current employment and salary.
