Hi,
I am writing to seek help for my mother’s supervisa application
I applied for her supervisa and visitor visa as well after her supervisa application rejected
Supervisa rejection was stated as following
That my income did not meet the LICO because we all live together( me , my father and 3 sisters)
Which i addressed in the visitor visa application by moving to a different place and have different address , but again the application was rejected and the reason was stated as( the visa officer is mot satisfied that my mother will return to home country and that she dont have enough assets)

Now my question is that, if i reapply again for supervisa and also included the property documents and some funds as well, will they consider the property as a new property because the property just registered under her name?
Kindly please advise

So you didn't meet LICO as PR/citizen? What is your income and number of people that live with you (spouse, children). Property is not LICO. NOA proves LICO.

LICO = cold hard cash / money

Thanks for responding
My income from last year NOA was 49000
I am canadian citizen living with my spouse who just landed in Canada

Are your parents still married? What status do your siblings have? Is your father a visitor as well? If so how long has he been visiting? On a regular TRV or a supervisa, Do you have any other siblings in your home country? The fact that you only recently moved and transferred ownership your mother recently appears to be driven by the supervisa application refusal so does not give IRCC a lot of confidence that this is permanent. Given your profile there seems to be well founded concerns that your parents won’t return home m.
