I have the following questions as I am applying for Supervisa 2nd time after first time rejection:
1- There was a ministerial instruction that said if there is a PGP Sponsorship already in the system that the officer should consider that as a support to the application. Can anyone point me out to that?
2- If I am inviting both my wive's parents would this be one application for both of them or two?
3- Is submitting NOA for both me and my wife (which by the way meets PGP LICO) for 2015 enough if we send the application this month? or would they need a 2016 later on?
4- Last time I had problem uploading some extra documentation that I wanted to include in the application online. This is not like paper application where you can attach anything you want as supporting document and only specific documents are asked. Is that still the same?
5- If our visa is rejected, what is the appeal process and timeline? I need to know this to be prepared as I would launch it right away and take it anywhere I can.
