Supervisa- Proof of relation

Hi Friends

I am planning to apply for supervise for my mother. There is a requirement of proof of relationship. The birth cirtificate does not show mother's name and I do not have any other document showing relation. Is there any other way to declare relationship?

Also, Can I apply for supervise, online for my mother, or she needs to submit as applicant? Any other suggestion for smooth application process?

Hospital records? School records? Your passport? Did you state her name as your mom when you applied for PR?

You would need to submit some document to prove the relationship for a super visa.

Your mom needs to apply as the applicant. She can submit the application herself (online or paper) or else she can appoint you as her representative
