Hi,
My spouse recently (5 months back) received PR but has not started working yet as we are pursuing higher studies for my spouse. My spouse is a joint bank account holder which currently has more than sufficient (for LICO purposes) savings. But spouse does not have a T4 or NOA.
Can we apply for super visa for my mother-in-law with me as co-signer for "a promise of financial support for the duration of visit" ? I do have T4 and NOA showing income more than what is required for LICO.
Also mother-in-law is a widower with single child (my spouse is only child) and moderate financial health.

Appreciate any inputs.

Savings don't count for LICO.

You can co sign the application and there should be no issue provided your NOA meets LICO.
