Supervisa for Parent - Medical and Biometric

Hello Experts,

I want to apply for my in-law supervisa who lives is Delhi, India. She has visited Canada multiple times and still has valid visitor visa.

I want to apply for super visa online but want to get her on visitor visa in Canada to complete the medical and biometric. This is because all the VAC are closed in Delhi due to COVID-19 situation.

Can you suggest if this option is feasible? Has anyone done something similar before?

Can she travel on visitor, get super visa processed while staying in Canada, and just go out of Canada and enter back when it gets approved?

Thanks for your response. It is an easy option. But will they give 2 year extension easily?
