Hi, I submitted Supervisa application for my father directly to Delhi consulate, on 10 Nov 2012 and after 10 days he got letter to undergo medical, after which he submitted medical report and passport on Dec 5, 2012. So far we did not hear anything from them. Any guesses regarding getting visa or process time....Thanks in advance.

This part takes a bit long time, even several months. In my friend's case, who applied SV for his parents on Aug 2012, visa office asked to do medical for up to 3 times (general medical test + test for tuberculosis + cough culture) for his father and is still waiting for the decision. But, his mother got visa right after the first medical test on Oct. 2012 (but got for only 3 years until her passport was valid).
By the way did you applied SV for your father only or for both parents.
Seems there has been a general delay at delhi and chandigarh consulates due to whatever reason (holidays perhaps but even those in Canada dont take holidays for that long).
anyways, there's quite a few people waiting so it probably wont be entirely due to them requesting another medical.
