my grandmother has been living in the USA for almost 13 years, I am 21 years old and i am sponsoring my wife, is there any way she can apply for the supervisa from the USA and what are the income requirements? please help tahnk you

Unfortunately I don't think there is any chance your grandmother will be approved for a super visa. To be approved, a person must demonstrate that have ties to their home country and won't overstay their allowed visit to Canada. Your grandmother won't be able to meet this requirement given how long she has been without status in the US. I supposed you can try - but I think a refusal is guaranteed.

The minimum income thresholds are below. If you have a wife but no children, you will have to meet the income for three people.

thanks for the information i didnt think so but just wanted to make sure thanks a lot

Also, you should be aware that as soon as your grandmother leaves the US - she will be automatically banned from re-entering for 10 years. I don't know if this matters to her - but I thought I would mention it.

yeah i am aware my mom who now lives in canada is in that situation right now :s also if i have any questions about the sponsorship for my wife would you be able to help me? i just mailed my application this afternoon

Post your question here and we'll all try to help. :)

ok i will thanks hopefully they communicate with me soon

if ur grandmother is illegal in US...it is going to change pretty soon...US immigration reform is gonna happen soon and she should be eligible for getting a status as long as she doesn't have criminal record there.... as she has been living there before December 2011. Just wait it out a little and you should be able to sponsor her.
