Supervisa Application still active 9 months after submitting

Hi All,

I am looking for some suggestions here please.

We submitted a Supervisa application for my in-laws in November 2017.
During December they requested documents that was impossible to gather within the allocated 30 days.
We then forgot about the application for 6 months, and then logged back in, and the stats was identical. waiting for documents.
We have now gathered all the documents and submitted them except 1. Medical tests.
The status of both applications is in submitted status on the MyCIC portal.

Should we do the medical tests? If the application has not moved to a canceled state yet, surely it will still be fine to continue using it?

I recommend you email your in-laws' local visa office to confirm whether or not their applications are still being processed or if they have been closed/refused for not submitting the requested documents
